Supporting the Lean Agile Community
After a lot of hard work and thought, we have decided that we will not be organising Lean Agile London in 2025.
As you know, Lean Agile London is a not-for-profit, community-focused conference. Its viability depends on the amazing support of our sponsors, participants, and speakers. When we started working on the 2025 event, it became clear that many companies are facing a challenging business environment. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find sufficient sponsorship to provide us with the funding we need to deliver the conference we know and love.
While finding a solution may be possible, the financial risk to us is simply too high and we don't have the considerable amount of time and energy required to resolve this.
Additionally, our professional focus needs to be dedicated to supporting our existing clients, developing our new Ghostcoaching service (coming soon!) and continuing our work in the TBR community.
We simply don't know. If the circumstances change, we may be able to organise Lean Agile London in 2026.
One thing we are certain about is that we will be involved in organising community events, but maybe these future events will take a different shape.
For example, we have been experimenting with smaller, more focused events such as our Flight Levels Future Lab in Tampere (Finland) in 2023 and our TBR Camp in Madrid (Spain) in 2024. Jose is also involved in the organisation of the Agile Tampere and the ScanAgile conferences in Finland.
We would like to recommend the following:
Thank you for your support and interest in our conference. Should you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We'll see you around the community.
Lean Agile London is organised by Actineo Consulting LLP. The core LALdn organising team is Jose Casal and JP Bayley.
