In addition to his work with commercial enterprises, Kubair also holds the position of Chief Product Owner at Peace Through Prosperity. This innovative lab has been engaged in a 10+ year experiment in cross pollinating Agile values, principles, and practices from the enterprise to society, to affect societal/planetary transformation.
During his interactive talk, Kubair will share his personal experience of implementing Agile principles, values, and practices in conflict-affected communities as part of the Peace Through Prosperity initiative, and share lessons learned in Social Transformation that he has brought back to the Enterprise and how this cross pollination has enabled Kubair and his teams to succeed in both the Enterprise realm and the Societal system all enterprises exist within.
