Whilst we will be trying to knit together the key messages of the two days, the crux of the talk will be the relationship between process improvement, people development and diversity and inclusion – and how a simple framework of intersectionality and psychological safety drives innovation, collaborative high performing teams and integrated, enterprise working. Blending lived experience, storytelling and behavioural and performance science and stats to make the clear ethical, business and emotional case for focussing on organisational climate (how it feels to work here) not organisational culture (how we do things around here). What do we hold to be true, what do we say is true, and what truth feels like.
