We sent the speakers a little questionnaire so that you can get to know more about them before the conference. Next is Mat Hayes.

Q. How would you describe yourself in a single tweet?

A. I am on a journey… learning about myself constantly. Wanting to be the best dad I can be… had made me look at all aspects of my life and that is helping me to love what I do and who I do it with.

Q. In your opinion, what is the most exciting thing happening in your industry right now?

A. The constant opportunities for learning. There are just so many rabbit holes… team coaching, relationship coaching, facilitation and training techniques, communication tools, there is just sooo many things. I used to get overwhelmed, now I just pick all the ones I love and incorporate them.

Q. Why should people come to Lean Agile London 2020?

A. Varied tracks, cool people to mingle with, what could be better….? 

Q. What is your favourite thing about London?

A. The transport. You can get anywhere and everywhere just like that. It’s funny, I get down to the track and it says next train 1 minute… There is so much going on, you can always find something to see or learn from and then get there really easily.

Q. Why should people come to your talk at Lean Agile London 2020?

A. Creating workshops and safe spaces has been a passion of mine for a long time now. We have naturally been bringing lots of tools and concepts together and having fun doing it. it just makes things effortless. Getting to share some of this with others is very exciting!

Q. What are you most looking forward to at Lean Agile London 2020?

A. Meeting lots of lovely likeminded people… it’s going to be amazing!
